The association is not registered in the register of associations. Persons acting on behalf of the association in legal transactions are personally liable pursuant to § 54 para. 2 BGB.
The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the German Fiscal Code.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, nor are we obligated to do so.
