EmpCo Is Here: From Green Claims to Credible Communication
The EU’s EmpCo Directive is now here: environmental and climate claims made to consumers must be scientifically substantiated. For sustainability and marketing teams, this means building a shared, credible basis for what they communicate.
At this invite-only breakfast roundtable for CSOs, Sustainability Leads, CMOs and senior marketing decision-makers, we will explore what EmpCo means in practice - and how companies can turn genuine climate, nature and biodiversity engagement into communication that stands up to scrutiny.
Aktion Zukunft+ will provide an overview of the new EmpCo requirements and share insights from its climate action projects. The Landbanking Group will then present their new EmpCo Package, offering a practical approach for turning credible nature and biodiversity engagement into substantiated communication. Find out more here.
The morning will close with an open roundtable discussion on how sustainability and marketing teams can work together to build EmpCo-ready strategies, projects and communication.
